How do I register?
Choose one of five profiles, enter your email and password, and verify your email. You can then create a project and receive quotes.
What can I analyze?
Architex AI Engine, our artificial intelligence engine for preliminary building-project analysis and indicative cost estimates, can analyze your brief and up to two PDF, JPG or PNG documents, only with your consent.
Is the AI estimate final?
No. It prepares preliminary line items, records assumptions and asks for missing information. You supply or verify prices and quantities using measurements and real supplier quotations.
Can I download my BOQ?
Yes. You can export a preliminary estimate as CSV. For studios, furniture makers and tradespeople, Architex also offers .XLSX with live formulas and work phases, and branded PDF quotations with tax ID, warranty and signature/stamp space. Professional exports require an active subscription or 2 credits per document.
How do I receive real contractor quotes?
Create a procurement request, upload a floor plan or property photo, and publish it for eligible professionals. Verified profiles carry a badge. Construction payments take place outside the platform.
